In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "777ura" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the 777ura online gaming platform accessible at 777ura.net and all associated services, software, and content.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 777ura or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personalised registered account through which a Player accesses the 777ura platform, manages funds, and participates in gaming activities.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits, winnings, and any bonus credits where explicitly included.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits allocated to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under 777ura's compliance obligations prior to processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the 777ura platform.
• "Services" means the totality of gaming products, betting markets, payment services, and customer support offered by 777ura.

Headings in this document are for navigation convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. References to singular include plural and vice versa where context permits.

By accessing the 777ura platform, completing the account registration process, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with the 777ura Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms applicable to specific promotions or game types.

• Accounts registered using false or misleading information are invalid from the point of registration. 777ura may close such accounts without notice and without obligation to return any funds deposited under a fraudulent identity.

By registering an account, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party and that all funds deposited into your 777ura account are from legitimate sources under your sole legal ownership.

777ura operates a mandatory age verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. The following documentation may be requested prior to the processing of any withdrawal or at 777ura's discretion during the account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photographic identification (Pakistani National Identity Card — CNIC — or valid passport).
• Proof of current residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account showing name and account number matching the registered account).
• Source of funds declaration where the cumulative deposit history of an account exceeds thresholds defined by 777ura's compliance team.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format via the account verification portal. 777ura processes KYC documentation within two business days under normal conditions. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All transactions on the 777ura platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and any other payment methods listed in the 777ura cashier at the time of transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier interface and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at 777ura's discretion.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will trigger an account review.
• 777ura does not charge fees on deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the verified real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours (PKT). Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one business day.
• 777ura reserves the right to conduct additional security verification on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.
• Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method that matches the name on the registered 777ura account.

777ura offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms prior to acceptance.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• A maximum bet limit applies to all wagering conducted during an active bonus. The maximum bet during bonus playthrough is PKR 500 per spin or hand unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed within each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or fully wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without compensation.
• 777ura reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter bonus terms, or disqualify Players found to be abusing promotional systems, including but not limited to bonus stacking, low-variance exploitation, and arbitrage betting.

All games available on the 777ura platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, and cricket betting markets — operate under the rules specified by the respective game provider or sportsbook engine. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game prior to placing real-money wagers.

• Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 777ura are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers under studio conditions. 777ura does not control live dealer outcomes.
• Cricket betting and other sports betting markets are subject to the sports betting rules published in the 777ura sportsbook. Void bets, early settlement rules, and in-play restrictions are detailed within those rules.
• Malfunctions in game software, connectivity errors, or interruptions that prevent a game from completing as normal will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. 777ura's liability in such instances is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 777ura's gaming systems is strictly prohibited. Detected use of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ura platform. Engagement in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bonus terms in bad faith, including but not limited to: churning deposits across multiple bonuses, systematic low-variance bonus clearing, or bonus abuse in coordinated groups.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, or account restrictions by creating new accounts.
• Using the 777ura platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, if applicable.

777ura reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where circumstances warrant:

• Verified or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 777ura.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback requests without valid basis.
• Regulatory, licensing, or law enforcement requirements that necessitate account restriction.
• At the Player's own voluntary request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon account closure where no breach has occurred, any positive real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on record, subject to completion of outstanding KYC obligations. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements are not returned upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact 777ura support via live chat. Accounts closed at a Player's request may be reopened subject to a minimum cooling-off period, provided no self-exclusion is active on the account.

777ura is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Players under self-exclusion who attempt to circumvent exclusion by creating new accounts will have such accounts closed immediately.

All content on the 777ura platform — including but not limited to the 777ura brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game imagery, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ura or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777ura platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777ura platform without prior written consent.
• Game content (artwork, audio, game mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution) and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ura's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — including winnings disputes, technical errors, and payment processing delays — is limited to the amount of the Player's real-money deposit in the transaction giving rise to the dispute.

• 777ura is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect a Player's ability to access or use the platform.
• 777ura is not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 777ura's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 777ura platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 777ura does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times, though 777ura takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform uptime and stability.

The collection, use, and storage of personal data provided by Players in the course of registering and using the 777ura platform is governed by the 777ura Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 777ura collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. 777ura does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777ura holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the 777ura platform that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation with 777ura support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified in 777ura's licensing terms.

Players based in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming may be subject to local regulations and are responsible for ensuring their use of the 777ura platform complies with the laws applicable in their individual jurisdiction. 777ura makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside the territories covered by its licence.

777ura reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required to comply with regulatory obligations or address urgent security concerns.

Continued use of the 777ura platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. Players who do not accept revised terms should close their account and withdraw their balance before the effective date of the change.
